It is not a V neck. It is a 70's style full C neck with plenty of shoulder. The Tuners are Ping split shafts, and the bridge is the import clone of the AV bridge, same spacing but cheaper materials - same as the Classic 50s MIM and the Classic 60s MIM bridge. Of course it is not the MIM Standard spacing but frankly the vast numbers of Deluxe and Classic MIM models are all the wider string and mount screw spacing as well. I decided base on my experiences with this guitar: No reverse on trem guitars for me; and Small Strat size headstock is my limit. No oversized lefty headstocks. Too impractical.

It's a personal choice. I like the looks of it, it's just not practical for me because I'm a country player and I do so many behind the nut bends that require a step and a half out of the B string and you can't get that with the reverse headstock. The reverse thing has been out for many decades, nothing new. Either do it or don't. It's your guitar.
