Cold Fusion Delivery Issues!

I ordered a Cold Fusion from Banzai on 5-6-03 and was told that I was to expect 8- 12 weeks for delivery. Here we are in mid October, and I still have not received the pedal. I e-mailed Olaf several times. He finally e-mailed me back and said that they were waiting on screening to be done. This was 3-4 weeks ago. I am beginning to think that this is going to be a $200.00 lesson and that this is a pedal I will never see. The truth of the matter is that I am kind of bothered by the excessive wait and do not really feel good about seeing it arrive anyway. Has anyone else had to deal with this problem?

I've been dealing with Olaf for over a year on a regular basis since he's one of the only suppliers in Germany who sellls certain parts. I've always found the turn around time very quick and never had any problems. That said, I do think your wait is pretty excessive given he promised one in 8-12 weeks...

Olaf did refund my money. He seems like a decent fellow. I am going to try to order again in the future.
