analogman delay..thoughts?

Anybody seen this link?

http://www.tonesafari.com/thepedalpost/id35.html

Says it will be under $150!!

Personally I don't understand the whole "space sound" thing, but I guess it is important to some.

analog man delay

Strange looking case for one of his pedals. I emailed him. We'll see. I've been waiting for him to come out with one for years.

Analog Man Delay

Does anyone have any direct input from Mike on this? I can't seem to get a reply via email from him. I know he's a busy man. I've emailed him twice.

Maybe I'm looking in the wrong place, but I don't see it on his website.

OHMYGODIWANTTHAT!!

Presuming it actually exists, of course. I already have a DM-2 and A Jacques Prisoner is on the way as I write but that thing is beautiful.

There was a pic from NAMM a few weeks ago that showed Mike holding one. He has been said to have been working on it for several years now.

And no there is nothing on his website as of yet.

It will probably be a real good pedal.

I got to know Mike a little bit a long long time ago before I quit playing, I think around 98 or 99 when he was mostly just doing Tube Screamer Mods.

I remember from my emails with him that he was a huge fan of the Boss DM pedals and advised me to get one, which I did.....and wish I still had it now that I've picked up playing again. I got a ridiculous amount of money for it on ebay, but in retrospect.....perhaps not enough.

So I would guess it will be something along the lines of a Boss DM pedal, which is a beautiful thing if it really will be sold under or around $150....because the only thing I ever played that was as good as the DM was the Maxon AD series, which will set you back over $300.

I'm glad I saw this thread, because the only pedal I'm interested in owning is something for slapback, I've been considering the Keeley DD-3 with "Analog" Mod or Keeleys tweaked Ibanez AD-9 because I don't want to spend $200 or more.

I may have to wait for Mikes pedal now.
