Here is my new pedalboard. It consists of the following:
1) Boss Tuner 2) Keeley Compressor 3)Univox Superfuzz clone 4) Keeley Time Machine Treble Boost 5) Keeley Modded Blues Driver 6) Keeley Fuzzhead 7) Keeley Nova Wah 8) Boss Acoustic Simulator 9) Boss Chorus 10) Line 6 Verbzill Reverb 11) Line 6 DL4 Delay 12) Boss Looper The design was based on the Ikea board posted up by Armchair Broncho. I used some oak left over by trim carpenters on a jobsite. Mounted a Dunlop Power Brick under the board and a power strip on the back of board. Works pretty good and fairly easy to move around. |

Last week's set list gave rise to a really simple board in compared to things I normally would do, with the Blackstone Mosfet (midrangey Brown channel in particular) angrily feeding into the crunchy BJF Dyna Red. Sounded fantastic on the Marshall Mode4's clean channel.

A search will yield some pretty good results here on TDPRI!
We got ours for $180 a few years ago, and although it takes patience to "get it", once set it does its thing extremely well. The trick is the tone-adjusting trip pots on the inside, which must be adjusted to fit your amp's basic settings for the thing to really work with what you've got. In the above church setup I needed to rock out pretty hard for the songs featured, so I had the Dyna Red as my basic heavy overdrive, the Blackstone driving the Dyna as a dirty humped boost, and the Box of Metal playing the role of instant JCM800 on tap.

Our cover band is starting rehearsals next week. I only know a small portion of the proposed set list, so this board is just to be prepared for anything and everything.
Once the set is finalized, I will probably end up with 2 -3 dirt pedals and one or two delays. Wah pedal and vibe are coming along with me just in case and might be added too. Also, I'm on the fence with the BBE Sonic Stomp. Might be quickly off the board next week...

Between the HOG and the three PS-3s, you could emulate an entire orchestra of organs

I've posted a few things about the BBE Sonic Stomp. Looks like I keep mine the opposite of everyone else. I've tried it both ways and it seems to work best @ the beginning of my chain.
Here's mine. (still haven't found the "perfect" driver and need to clean it up a bit!)

My board has changed again - here's the latest version:
![]() A/B box (selfmade) to switch between guitar and lap steel V Korg Pitchblack tuner V Mini Booster (selfmade; based on Jack Orman's desing, with a few tweaks/mods) V Barber LTD - best low gain OD EVER! V EA tremolo (selfmade) V George Dennis GD125 volume/tremolo pedal - I only use the volume pedal function these days - the trem sound OK, but is a bit noisy, and you can't use the vol. pedal function when it is switched on, that's why I added an extra trem. V Artec SE-ADL Analog Delay - good enough for slapback echo. V Electro Harmonix Holy Grail reverb. |

Great pedals with a unique sound and amazing(!) workmanship. Its a shame they're not so popular (check out the serial # of my TT3...). The TT-3 is really great I love it! ![]() ![]() BTW your board is awesome! |

mine are attatched with bike chain links. one up through the link and into the pedal ( the screw holding the bottom plate on) and one down through the link into the board. on the metal shelf of my board I tapped the holes for 8X31 machine screws on the wood I just use regular screws. I NEVER worry about losing a pedal off this board!
