I'm trading the Cathedral for a Fulltone OCD, i sold the memory boy and the big muff Pi/Tonewicker. I bought an MXR 78 custom badass, and i'm saving up for a Red Witch Eve tremolo and a Wampler Plexi drive.

I'm also looking to replace the Holy grail with the nano-version..

How do you compare English Muff'n and BM /w Tone Wicker? I have the wicker one, but I'm always intrigued by the tube effects.

The English Muff'n is a completely different pedal.. I use it as a clean tubepre when i'm playing over my cheap Fender Frontman. It sounds great, breaks up nicely, and is one of the few pedals on the market where the tubes actually 'do' something.

I've been wanting to sell it over 10 times the past 5 years, because i never really understood what it was capable of..but something in my head told me not to sell it all those times :D

Only thing i truly hate is the massive wallwart and the exotic powerplug.

From a gig I did this Cinco de Mayo, I think it might stick around for a while. This was plugged into the club's AC30. Wowza what an amp.

IMHO, no comparison in tone at all. The Red side (I have the higher gain option) of the KOT has way more drive than the Blues Breaker and the Yellow side is more of a boost, which will add some grit.

To me, the BB is more scooped and colors the tone a bit.

The 3 drives on my board, have no tone overlap. The Fetto, the KOT and the Blues Breaker are all very different. This board was put together for the first rehearsal of a cover band I'm in. Not having a set list, I wanted all of my dirt bases covered. Once the set list was determined, things changed.

Anyone, feel free to chime in here...

Just built this board for a forum member:

The 2 spaces are for the EHX Micro POG and the ZVex Fuzz Factory. The RV-5 will be replaced by the Strymon Blue Sky.

How do you like the Gen 5 Echo?

Homemade board, might switch to something that'll be lighter and easier to transport

How was rotary and delay modes in the Beta Aivin ME-100?

Best tone I've ever had...chewy, creamy and delicious.

I use my Peavey for high gain...still does it better than any pedal I've heard...plus, I have a multitude of very good digital effects on there. The "high gain" setting with some of the built in digital delay sounds awesome for hard rock/vintage metal tones.

For everything else, this sweet little board fits the bill! I like red!

Thanks man.
The BB is my all time favorite OD.
I read somewhere that the KOT was based on the BB, so I thought about getting a KOT to replace my BB with "2-Blues-Breakers-In-a-Box".
guess I'll stick to the BB

Peaveys are great amps. Great. Not good, mind you. I'm on the same bandwagon. If I didn't have a custom amp made (which cost me some), I would have kept my old Classic 30. I still would like to own a Studio Pro.

How's the jet driver?

Jet Driver is amazing...practically the "tone in my head"...it's what I've been looking for for years.
