Distortion Pedal to Use After a Fulldrive???
I have a Fulltone Fulldrive that I am very happy with for that 'just barely broke up' sound. What would be a good distortion/fuzz pedal to use for more gain where the Fulldrive leaves off? The Fulltone 69 looks interesting? Thanks for any help.

Simple!
A Rat!!! Really....it's probably the best - least expensive and most rugged distortion box out there. For even more versatility, get one modded by Keely.
On the '69, if it's anything like the fuzz face clone that I built (Mike Fuller supposedly copied the FF for the '69), it'll distort nicely but not as much as you're probably looking for. It also doesn't have a lot of tunability. His 70s pedal will give you more beef..... but...really...check out a Rat or even pick up a used one on Ebay for cheap.

Before you shell out big bucks for another fulltone...
Which are really nice, BTW, try a reissue RAT or RAT2. DIrt cheap, built like an M1A2 tank, and gets you into fuzz-land nicely. Pretty versatile too, if you take the time to play with the "filter" knob.
Just my opinion Good luck, Bill
