New Power Supply

Ok so things crept up on me and I found I was powering 9 pedals from a 800ma wall wart (and wanting to add one more). Not surprisingly it gave up and started buzzing unless I reduced its load to about 6 pedals.
So I started looking for a power supply with a bit of GRUNT. (here in Australia)
Started looking online and found a paucity of suitable regulated 9v supplies, would have been easy if I wanted 12v.
Hmm.. Dunlop power brick $339 AU ? no thanks.
So I ended up buying from Jaycar online, a 1.5 Amp labrotory power supply fully regulated variable voltage for $49.95 AU (about $38 US). a couple of wires and some 2.1mm plugs and it is happily powering 10 pedals on two daisy chain connectors.
Nice and quiet. and cheeep.
Jeff
