Help Me Arrange Please
Hey guys,
Just curious, what would you say is the best arrangement for these pedals: Boss TU-3 Big Muff Pi MXR Carbon Copy Digitech Whammy IV Morley A/B Box (using to switch between two amps and run stereo) Currently I have it ordered: Boss Whammy Muff Carbon Morley Is this the best way technically speaking? Or does anyone else have another way they would do it? (And yes, I will be trying different orders to see which sounds best, just looking for opinions) Amp is an AC30 if you care to know, has an effects loop but I'm not using it right now, maybe I should? Anyways, thanks for your help. |

You say you have "an" AC30, which means one. Unless you're lucky enough to A/B between two AC30s? ;) I wouldn't go for the Vox's effects loop unless you're using the amp's overdrive. If not, just use the Top Boost channel set to the verge of breakup and you'll be just fine (but you probably already knew that).
If you're using just one AC30, you could move the pedals around as such: Morley A/B A side to Boss B side to other pedals other pedals ordered as Whammy > Muff > CC This would completely eliminate the tuner from your signal path, which may/may not provide any benefits to your tone.
