Artec cpb-12 power brick - Any good?
I wouldn't exactly be going on a really heavy duty tour or anything so I reckon this power supply should be perfect for my pedalboard. What do you guys think?
Anyone have one, and if so what do you think of it? Also, did you get the leads for the pedals (excuse my naivety in correct terms) with the product? It's just it will cost me around €67 which is alot cheaper than most other power supplies. Thanks guys!

I have the smaller version, when I bought mine they didn't have the 12 output version. Yes it comes with the leads, it came with enough (of varying length) for the outputs. Mine doesn't add any noise to the chain but 1 of the connections is lose on the brick. It stays on just fine as long as I don't move it but if the 9v plug moves a little it loses power to just that 1 connection.
Not a big deal since it's on a board that has never left the house but worth mentioning just in case. Last edited by smoss469; June 25th, 2012 at 09:02 PM. |
