Tonerider Analog Delay
Anyone have any experience with these, are they truly analog?

I have only used their pickups
Logically - Tonerider are a British owned company, so if it says "analogue" on the tin, then it is analogue (we have this thing about descriptions*). Their pickups are precisely what they say they are. * fyi - when our trade descriptions act first appeared there was great complaint, and Smirnoff Vodka ran an advert tag with "vodka makes you drunk", but now companies use it to their advantage and jump on infringing competitors with great delight.

Plenty of YouTube clips if you google it...
They make so much of it being 'vintage analogue' that, like Jefrs says, it'd be very surprising if it's not.

Tonerider is based in China. I read an article recently, which stated the company was started by a British man who lived in Beijing. I have always been suspicious of the Tonerider pedals being nothing more than relabeled Belcat/Rogue/Modtone pedals. I don't know this as certainty, but intend to look a little further and find out.

An Australian ebay store has them for around a $100 AUD which sparked my interest & believe me is cheap for anything tagged analog down here.
I know there's youtube vids but i can never gleam too much from them with my batcrap pc speakers anyway think i might save a few more beans & order some sort of analog delay from the states which even with postage costs will be cheaper than buying here. Thanks for responding guys :) |

Seems like more overpriced Belcat relabeled stuff to me.
