Inatall a Foot Switch
It's an anchient MXR 6 band EQ (70's). I bought it new and it still works perfectly, but it was battery only and has no on/off switch.
With TDPRI members help I successfully eliminated the battery and got a power jack installed. Now I would like to install a foot switch. There is room for it where the battery used to be, and I see that Small Bear Electronics has them: http://www.smallbearelec.com/Categor...ches%2C+Relays I'm assuming the first one on that page would be the one to use? I just need a wiring diagram for hooking up the switch. Any ideas where I could find that? Thanks, Jeff

Thanks PT. Wow. A vertual plethora of info on the 3PDT wiring. I especially liked the 3D images.
Small Bear offers this item I just discovered: PC Wiring Board For 3PDT Switch http://www.smallbearelec.com/Detail.bok?no=870 Which it seems would attach directly to the switch and your wiring would attach to it. Seems simple enough....

Wow! That is Perfect Limbe! Thank You!!
I'm sure I'll have more questions, as for this project I had to go buy a soldering iron......that tells you my level of experiance. But I did build a 100 watt Heathkit Sterio back in the 70's, with my dad, so technically it's not my first ever electronics project. Already have a question: Can you direct me to where I can purchase the LED Indicator and resistor (as indicated in the wiring diagram linked to above)? Can't seem to find the complete kit at Small Bear or G G Gadgets.
