I only have two pedals now and I don't consider them pedals as much as I do pre-amps as they are on all the time and run in front of the amps and they are the Tech-21 "Blonde" in front of my Silvertone 1483 and my "Liverpool" that I run in front of my Vox Pathfinder.
Slight preference for the "Blonde" as my Fave pedal.

I've got a lot of pedals that I love. But my favorite is one of my newbies...which says alot. I'm not a fickle guy:
XTS Preamp Blows me away every time I plug in. Awesome tone machine. Think about it all the time. Completely consumed.

Boss GE-7 eq pedal is probably the most useful. It's a good clean boost, not to mention a major tone shaper. Favorite OD is the OCD. Second most useful is the Xotic EP Booster. I use it when switching between lower gain guitars or pups. Got to have Reverb, so I like my Boss Fender FRV-1 spring reverb and EHX reverb. Those are the essentials - EQ, OD, Boost and Reverb.

Badger Effects, "Schism XV" parallel loop.
A whole new world, effects pedals in parallel, instead of stacked in a chain. Don't even want to remember life without it.

Hermida Audio Tiki Drive.
Does Zen-Drive Overdrive and Nu-Valve Distortion (with blending) in one convenient pedal!!

Great pedal which is the most sought after but that didn't wow me due to seeming anemic: Ibanez Tube Screamer (but then again I didn't have the chance to run an ESP KH-2 sporting EMG 81s through a rack of Boogies with Marshall cabs which may have added a little juice to it all)
Great pedal I liked better right out of the box to aid my cheap amp: MXR Distortion+ |

OK, MHP "Galaxie Mod" Blues Driver- what can I say? it is a great all-around, dynamic friend for someone like me, that never goes too far away from a clean Fender(or Dano) guitar into Fender amp tone...It's just my "outboard preamp" for just a lot of what I play!
