What do you think of the Keeley TS-808?
Hi All,
I have received an offer to trade my vintage DOD 250/Preamp (Yellow) from the 80's with an Ibanez Keeley TS-808... any pros or cons? Peace. J

I like TS808's anyway I can get them. I have an Analogman TS808 that will get buried with me. So yes, go for it. At first, you might love it or hate it. But it grows on you for certain sounds you just can't live without.

Think about it: Why is the other person offering to trade the Keeley pedal for the DOD? My guess is that he believes the DOD to be the superior pedal (and, it's in the TS-808 family of circuits, anyway). If he doesn't think the DOD is a better pedal, why would he be willing to trade for it?
