Visual Sound and Awesome Service

I want to give a little love to Visual Sound. I had picked up an older Open Road pedal from Ebay, but the switch on it was sticking pretty bad. I gave Visual Sound a call and they told me to pack it up and send it down. They fixed it out of warranty, shipped it back, and they didn't charge me a thing. Plus, they had it back to me in a couple days. That's one awesome company.

Just wanted to give everyone a heads up!

Yep, I had an issue with one of their pedals and gave them a call. They are less than 2 hours up the road from me.

They were pleasant to deal with and took care of the issue within a few days.

Good people!

Their switches are supposed to be rated for something insane, like over a million stomps before failure. That probably helped their decision to replace it

I'm a fan! Visual Sound is right down the road from me in Spring Hill TN. I met the owner once when he had Mark Slaughter demo his pedals and amps at Guitar Center. Nice guy, seems to know his stuff!

I've been gigging the Jekyll & Hyde for a couple years and it's great. Been thinking about picking up an Angry Fuzz ...

I've emailed VS and had the owner get back to me with great answers that day. I was really impressed, esp. compared to my dealings with Roland (Boss).
