TU-2 for power supply?
I recently buy a TU-2 and run all my pedals with batteries. Does the TU-2 is good to power all my others pedals? I have a Dunlop Cry Baby classic wah, a Maxon OD-9, a RAT 2 and a Boss DD-3.
Some of TDPRIers use and recommand 1Spot from visual sound or Pedal Power from Voodo Lab. Why pay for those kind of power supply if TU-2 will do the job for less ? Any advice please. |

Not possible...
A battery in the TU2 doesn't have enough power to run more than the TU2 itself. The reason for the power output connector is to allow you to power the TU2 from a supply and then chain the power connectors to the other effects off of it.
Anyway, a 1-spot is an excellent economical way to power as many pedals as you'd ever hook up. I use a PedalPower 1 - it's nice but rather expensive (even used)

Depending on the number and type of pedals, it can be an advantage to give each pedal its own isolated power source.
