T-Rex Replica Settings...
Hi friends, I need your help again
I have the T-rex Replica delay since it came out... about 2006 I think... but I haven't get the right spot for leads. I love in slap back mode but I want your suggestion to get this type of delay: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zddQYjX-xMU How I have to set it? Tempo, repeat, mix, etc. Is it possible switch from this setting to slapback and viceversa?? Thanks a lot!!! |

I think I'm hearing 3 quick repeats (150ms?)at a very low mix setting, almost kind of an early reflections reverb thing. Try tapping a quarter note with the triplet switch on and adjusting the mix to your taste. Roll off some highs with the tone control. It's a real subtle effect, barely there. If you set the mix too high it'll get swampy. I think you'll need another delay and an A/B switch to toggle back and forth between your lead sound and slapback.
