Wiring?

Hi guys, I've been floating around here for a couple of weeks soaking up all the great info & AWESOME tele's everybody has. So, I'm new & I am planning on building my own pedalboard.

My question is can I cut off one end of this

If so, how?

Thanks guys!

yes you can as long as you re solder the wire right. But why do you want to do that?

Mainly for general neatness. I will have all wiring underneath the board & it would just kinda get under my skin with the input & output leads on top of the board. I know it's a little un-necessasary, & OCD, but it's really how I want it to be. I just have no wiring experience at all.

I just want 1 input jack & 2 output jacks (one for footswitch) to be incorporated into the board itself.

How?

Exactly as you described. Cut the end off, strip and solder the wire where it goes. Shield to sleeve contact (the outer one) core wire to tip (the inner lug).
