Digitech Bad Monkey - Both Outputs at the Same Time?

I picked up a small case that I want to convert into a pedalboard for my acoustic gigs, and I don't have enough room in it for a pedal tuner.

I'm considering using the "Mixer" out on my Bad Monkey to feed a chromatic tuner placed on my mic stand, while the "Amp" out will go to the rest of my board, and then the amp.

Can I use both inputs simultaneously without any extra noise/tone suck? Any help would be appreciated!

Never tried that with my Monkey but I do use the extra output on my Digitech Whammy Pedal to run my tuner and it seems to work without any hitches.

I do the same thing with my Digitech RP80. I haven't noticed anything "bad" as a result. I've wondered about it, but based on what I'm hearing I haven't wondered too much.
