Timmy (Dano TOD) vs Boss BD-2 Monte Allums H2O Mod (or other mods)

is someone able to show me the difference between these?

till now i got stuck with my bad monkey, but i want to try some od's without the mid-bump.

I haven't tried Timmy but I'm in love with my H20 BD2. That is my "tone" pedal; everything else is just tweaking for me.

I sold my BD2 as soon as a I picked up my Danelectro Transparent Overdrive. For the money I got from selling the BD2 I picked up the TOD and Drive as well as the Fuzz...I also added the trem, but I'm not super happy with that one...

I don't know how close the Dano is to Timmy (yes, I know about the circuit cloning). But I have owned 2 Keeley BD-2's and now own a Timmy. While they both have no mid-hump, and can be very very similar, I prefer the Timmy because it has better EQ options, it's tone is more shape-able. But that Keeley BD-2 rocks. (Not the stock BD-2).
