BBE Soul Vibe ?????

It's supposed to sound like an old Uni-Vibe...swooshy thing....rotating speaker.

Has anyone tried one?

Input please.

Thanks,

John

Tried one at local shop and it's on my list. Very nice sounding vibe. Quiet. Doesn't mess with your tone.

I have one, it's great, you can get some really great sounds out of it. And, there's an internal trim control that allows you to adjust the sound even further. Great pedal for the money.

Have one and I'm very happy with it. Nails the univibe sound and is very reliable.

Does it cover the rotary speaker type tones?

I want a pedal that will convincingly give me 'Badge', 'Cold Shot' and Hendrix and Trower tones.

Would this be the one?

Yes, I even wrote a review of the Soul Vibe for guitargearheads.com - it gets that Leslie sound easily and more authentically to my ear than some other rotary speaker emulators, like BBE's Mind Bender, which gives Will Lee's idea of a rotating speaker - broken gears and all! (The pitch bend can get too pronounced if not careful with the settings).
