A/B box

Hi, wondering if anyone tried a switchhazel - dividedby13 amp switching pedal . I typically run two amps and have a radial bigshot but while it does a good job of switching and ok job of removing hum, but man i find that it is a tone-sucker! knocks the hell out of the sparkle of my amps. SO was thinking of upgrading?? to a switchhazel that is going 4 reasonable money at the moment - any experiences people can share? thanks

I used to use the Morley A/B/Y pedal as I had a clean amp and a dirty amp and I loved the huge tone when I played through both for leads.

The Morley pedal was quiet, did not eat my tone and you only need to put a battery in it if you want the red status lights to illuminate. The switching worked without a battery.

I can't help you on the switchhazel but I would buy another Morley in a heartbeat.

I liked the layout......

A and B...............A or B

......with big lights to show the on/off status of A and B.

Try here: http://www.redonionsolutions.co.uk/, or build your own from http://www.generalguitargadgets.com - it's a simple build

Red Onions

+1 on Red Onion Solutions:
The switch they made for me ( buttons left to right in pic):
A/B in and A/B Out (2 guitars and 2 Amps), FX Lp and Tuner Mute. My specs, completely passive. Normal Boss type Power Supply needed for LEDs only - total just over 50 quid. Gigged with it a bunch of times - exc.

Obviously a simple passive A/B would be less.
