T-Rex Tremster or Carl Martin Tremovibe...?
hi folks,
i going to ad a trem/vibe to my pedalboard and i´m pretty sure, it´s going to be one of the both pedals. Any experiences good/bad with those ? for they are both in the same price range, i just care about sound issues. what about drop of volume when stepped on... ? i´m not looking for fancy, fuzzy and experimental vibes and trems, just good sounding effects. on the other side, if somebody could recommend a similar pedal of an other brand, please feel free to. thank you guys take care everybody zoppotrump :O)

For simple, BF Fender amp-like tremolo, one of my favorites is the Voodoo Lab tremolo, probably easier to find for testing than those you mentioned; you can also find a German test here: http://www.guitartest.de/Voodoo%20Lab%20Tremolo.htm

I've gotta put in a vote for the Marshall VibroTrem.
Very tweakable, cheap and sounds good. I have one on my pedalboard running into my DRRI. I use it instead of the amp trem! Not that it sounds "better", it's just more useable and it's right there at my feet onstage, so I don't have to get back to my amp to make changes.
