Ordered a Behringer Reverb Pedal Today

Less than 30 dollars including shipping from Abe's of Maine. Its the DR100 model. For that price, even if it only lasts for a while I'd throw it out and not worry about it.

Considering that a Digitech reverb pedal costs $100 and Boss $150 I figure its worth a try.

I got a Tremolo pedal from Behringer from that same series.
Don't use it that much anymore now I got a Kustom tuck 'n' roll amp with built in tremolo, but it sounds ok, and certainly for that price.

Though I am the last person maybe to recommend Behringer equipment. I do have two of their pedals - the tuner (which is really not a pedal per se of course) and the compressor.

The tuner tunes.
And the compressor is mostly for the RIC 12 string.

They are extremely inexpensive and work.

Got It.

Well the cheap reverb pedal arrived and I'm pleased with it.

Yes its made of plastic but it sounds pretty good. I'm especially pleased with the way it allows the tone of my guitar to pass through.

It has about a half-dozen reverb settings and they are certainly of adequate quality for playing into my Champ 600 here in the apartment, which is what I bought it for.

I got one of those, too - I really only got it because the 2 outputs allow me a cheap way to play 2 amps in stereo. It's actually not bad as a reverb, either.

You're right! Interesting:

I agree with the first reviewer, btw.
Lifting the top to change the battery is a HUGE pain.
Get the power adapter.
(I do that anyway because batteries always die and I hate changing them. Wind-up flashlights, to me, are the greatest invention since pre-sliced bagels.)

If I haven't got my Digiverb for 60€ I'd go for the Behringer. I got the tuner and it works fine.

Only the first time you do it. Once you get it, it's very fast, and easy.

I've been using the Behringer CS100 Compressor/Sustainer for quite some time now, and it has served me well. Recently got me a AB100 Instrument/Amp Selector, as well.

The sound quality of the CS100 is very good, and the noise level is as good as it's competition.

The ABS plastic case is very sturdy (they make golf club heads out of this material!), and I doubt it will let you down. My big feet has stomped on it many, many times, and it seems to hold up as good as cast metal.

Don't let the low price fool you; try before you dimiss.

Some Behringer products may be of a lower quality, but the stomp boxes that I've tried has scored good in both the sound and roadworthiness compartments!

I will probably buy more Behringer stomp boxes in the future.

(I have absolutely nothing to do with the Behringer company in any way! Just a happy customer.)

/ Tony

I have several Behringer products...mostly rack units like EQ and Multi-Effects...and there are some very usable sounds to be had. I had the Behringer Tremolo and didn't like it. I do have their A/B pedal and it works as it's supposed to. But I will admit that if I were a regularly gigging player the plastic wouldn't last long with that kind of usage. But for home use Some of their stuff is good bang for the buck.

I first heard about the TO800 on another forum when it came out. A couple of the people who reviewed it were seasoned players and all said it was surprisingly good sounding. One thing about Behringer products...you can great good sounds out of many of their products but it does take a LOT of tweaking sometimes.
