Mine isn't noisy at all.....but like any overdrive pedal, if you overdo it....you'll get noise....that's what they all do.
No - this isn't a practice amp. Think of it as a really good overdrive pedal ... bordering into the distortion area. It can be used direct into the PA and sounds really good and very Fender-like. I originally got it as a backup in case one of my vintage amps failed but it didn't happen. So, I kept it in the gig bag for quite a while but never needed it. Someone that can really use it should get it. So, it would be at home as a great OD or as an amp backup. For headphone amps, there's a lot of cheap alternatives already talked about in the forum. Check the previous threads for ideas. Personally, I like those little mini-Pods as a headphone amp. Hope that helps!

strange, usually the JD10's for 80.00 or better...
I tend to 'roll the dice' and start with no reserve... it gets folks excited and then the bidding gets going in the last hour or so.... other stuff I just put a buy it now price on it and let it run the max days... patience is a virtue when you seek a fixed price.

Yeah - totally weird. Most go for about $100. I've listed it three times now and have finally got the first bid. Lots of watchers tho!

If I weren't so broke, I'd take it off your hands.
I LOVE these things! I already have three, but you can't have too many spares can you?

Man, if I had the money I'd pick it up! Mine's been fussy, but clearly they ain't all that way, and the sound is amazing. I want an un-fussy one!
