OK, so this will be my first tube amp build. Been researching for the past couple of months and this is what i came up with. i understand the topology of the schematics but am still trying to digest how caps or resistors effect the characteristics of tone, which is the point of this build. But most importantly i understand the hazards.
Some might say "easy with the switches" in which i have a a switch on pretty all cathodes but driver stage and also a pentode/triode switch. i put a baxandall tone stack also. All this is so i can fiddle. PT is a 800vct, choke is rated at 60ohms maybe 200mA. Not sure about the OT but i'll get more info on that as i run some voltages through it. I have no variac, no oscill.... just some low dollar meters and a 100w bulb.
Just wanting some feed back before i start to solder, so have at it.
