Amp Tech Recomendation - Denver

Hey everyone - I'm looking for a repair man in the Denver area to look at my 1974x Marshall.

Can anyone recomend a tube amp repairman in the Denver area? NBS Electronics is one but he normally takes forever to service gear (at least my experience about 8 years ago)

Or maybe you might be able to tell me what I need to look for so I can fix it myself. My problem is that when I plug into Channel1 the amp makes crackling, buzzing, popping noises. When I adjust the volume control its really bad but just sitting there it still makes all those noises just not as bad.

Thanks!

This guy fixed my Hot Rod Deluxe and took care of a Champion 600 for me as well. Seemed like a straight shooter and the repairs held up.

+1 on Mars. Plus the Guitar Channel is right next door for some gear shopping.

Here's another for the list. He worked on a friend's Mesa Heartbreaker and seemed to to good work.

A lucky day for you and your 74

If you had the luck that I had when I found Zeno from Denver Amp.
I was visiting my son in Denver and he was having some problems with his 74 modified SuperBass to SuperLead. It is absolutely the best plexi sound I have heard in person!

It was a Sunday and all shops were closed. So as luck would have it my oldest son found a nicely written article on the craigs list. Can't recall the name of it exactly, but it was how we found Zeno.

That was about one year ago and anymore, me or my Son Kevin wouldn't think about bringing our amps anywhere else. Really I can't say enough about how pleasant my experience has been. Nice honest and uncommonly knowledgable young man.

He is like a history book but very cutting edge if you are as open to that as I have become. The amp I had built is the best amp I have ever owned. It has power scaling built in it as well. Something I hadn't know about before, but I'll tell you, this amp sounds wide open at whisper volumes.

I wish you good luck Bud!
