Cheers. Was a fun gig! From memory the only mod I did was to lift the tone control from the neck PU - which added a smidge of brightness to the neck PU. That's always been a good mod.

Either in isolation will still give up a variation on the traditional strat tone.

A hardtail with buckers will not sound like a strat.
