Sharing projects w/another musician

I want to record a song in Guitar Tracks Pro 3 and share it with a drummer to record the drum part using another computer. What is the easiest way to do this?

Save it as a .wav file and burn it to a disk as a data file for him to load into his computer's recording program.

Cheers, Tim
