Fostex mr-8HD/CD

Does anyone here have a fostex mr-8hd? I'm having alot of trouble burning a song and I would greatly appreciate help.

well, I don't own that machine and have no familiarity with it.

But taking a recorded file and outputing it to CD should be really straightforward and uncomplicated.

What issue are you having? maybe more of a description of what you are seeing/experiencing would foster more responses for you. Just a thought.

Well it's the model with built in cd drive. And when I do transfer the song to the cdrw drive it burns but the CDs are not readable files. I don't think it's burning as a wav file.

make sure your work is converted to 16 bit, 44.1kHz Redbook CD standard when it is burning the disc. Look for cd burn output options that allow you to set it to 16/44.1 .wav and that should do it.
