slowing down the tempo

hello there!
I would like to ask if is there any programm for pc which slows down the tempo of the song without affects the pitch.

If you're a PC user and have a 'windows media player' you can do it there.
The quality is not great but it'll slow down to 1/2 speed w/o pitch change. Though the aliasing is pretty bad. Works though.

I believe Audacity offers the same function - slow down with or without pitch change. You need to select the area you want to slow down first, then play it.
