Hello,

Some VSTi have a 'built in' keyboard that you can use the mouse on to generate sounds. Some don't. Is there any kind of utility/virtual keyboard that one can use in that situation?

Elmer, Reaper has it's own Virtual Keyboard that can be used with any VSTi.

Go to View, Show Virtual Midi Keyboard.

well, there you have it. It showed right up. And once I actually selected it from the track source menu, it worked great. Thanks again!
