AmpliTube 2 vs Line6 GearBox

I want to add modelling plugins to a new ProTools M-Powered install. These are both compatible but I was hoping someone could share experiences with both/either. I like the price tag on the Line6, but am curious if there are any big plusses for the extra cost of AmpliTube 2 (Line 6 GearBox Gold Bundle is $99 at Musician's Friend, Amplitube is $210)
