Rewiring the studio... CARNAGE

Every few months I tend to rewire the studio to some degree.
his time I have stripped everything out and done it from scratch again.
It is a really good idea if you have any degree of complexity.

All power and audio cables are cut to be the exact length +10-15% for slack.
All cables are tested, resoldered if required and I get rid of all the dust.

It does tend to get a bit messy... as you can see.

(I'm about 1/2 way through.)

A) My shorter TDM cable that goes between the converters and the computer.
I really needed it a few months ago.

B) Nothing fortunately.

C) The longer TDM cable that I broke being too forceful with- I torn the connector straight off being the impatient sod I am.

I just moved. Everything half in & out of boxes. I don't have as much gear as you (fortunate
or unfortunately?) Rewiring the studio doesn't seem to be on my wife's priority list either.
