Humbucker cavity cover plate, any companies that make/sell?

Basically looking to cover up a hole from a humbucker, sort of like the plate on a Tom Delonge(don't start) Gibson ES, but bigger, cut to fit where a normal Gibson humbucker ring would fit. Maybe in 5 or 3 ply pickguard/truss material? Browsing around I can't seem to find anyone that makes such a thing. It wouldn't be too hard to cut it or have someone cut it for me, but if it's already made and sold out there, I'd rather just get it and be done.

Here's a pic I found of the Tom Delonge, I think:

Kind of like an enlarged truss rod cover....pretty cool. Is this for the neck pickup?

I'd assume any custom pickguard maker could bust one out for you pretty fast, probably reasonable. If you have a scroll saw and a dremel, you could probable make a cool one.

Anyway, neat idea. What's it going on?

I've got an old epi sheraton kicking around, I almost never use the neck pickup, and although not a huge fan of TD, I do like the 1-pickup look. Was thinking of dropping something hot in the bridge, covering up the neck. Just an idea.

It would be a good excuse for me to buy some more dremel bits, maybe the router attachment for it.

Looks you just need a piece of pickguard material and some patience to cut it out to the desired shape.
