Decipher this wiring diagram
Got a wiring diagram for my Peavey Reactor AX direct from Peavey's awesome customer service today. Only trouble is, it's meant for folks who know what they're looking at. I don't.
My main question: which pickup is which? I can't tell neck from bridge just by looking at the diagram. The rest I *may* be able to figure out on my own. https://docs.google.com/viewer?a=v&p...lNpvOrBt-qz_OQ Don't know if this link will work. If not, I'll screencap the image and attach it here. |

Both pickups are humbuckers:
• Red is Hot Output to the switch for both pickups • Green & White are connected together (insulate the soldered ends with electrical tape or heat shrink tubing) • Black & Bare go to Ground Here is an easier to visualize diagram, but Seymour Duncan uses different colours. Without having both pickups handy, it looks to me that: Duncan Black = Peavey Red Duncan White= Peavey White Duncan Green = Peavey Black Duncan Red = Peavey Green
