Pointy Thing Update

Well the parts came in and it's finally finished. It's wired so that each 'bucker has a knob for a fade out coil split, and the P-90 has a knob for blending in. 1 master volume and one tone, and a Gibby three way switch. I'm stoked enough about this thing that I think an upgrade on the buckers is in order. Here's the original post on this thing: http://www.tdpri.com/forum/other-gui...nty-thing.html

Neat! I just bought an explorer, and they are surprisingly comfy sitting and standing!
Can you still turn all the knobs ok? Not too cramped?

Thanks! Yeah, the knobs are surprisingly easy to reach and I have slender fingers, so their close proximity isn't a problem.

My problem would be remembering which was which!

Nicely done! If I understand correctly, you have the HBs each wired to a "spin-a-split" knob? I did that for a while with the rail HB (L'il Puncher XL) on my partsquire, and it was a pretty cool setup.

Yeah, that's it. What I'd like to find out is which sort of pot offers the best(longest) fade. The 500K audio's that I've used are rather abrupt, making it a bit touchy to get the dropped coil in say 25-50%.
