My experience is that for the money for a modding platform, they can't easily be beat. Rondo generally carries three pricelines; SX, Douglas and Agile. Some of the SX's I've dealt with needed fret levelling and/or a replacement neck; generally all SX's that I've played needed new pickups. The Douglas I've got is of excellent build quality, including the neck, but needed new pickups. I don't have any Agiles, but I hear they're all around good.

Wow... I assumed it would be a bolt-on version, but a set neck?? For that kind of money, I'd even be willing to buy something with EMGs in it! (Forgetting for the moment that A) I'm right handed, and 2) I just bought an LP.)

Hmm-a lot of nice features for not much money. A set neck, EMG's and Grovers seems almost impossible at $99. Better hope the neck is good, because there won't be any bolting on a new one!

I'll probably go for it tomorrow.,Almost bought it just now .That 10 lb weight is my only concern though.thats even heavier than one of my teles .Is that normal for an lp style guitar?I really shouldn't be buying another guitar, but 99$ is not much money

If it were me buying that I'd change the mounting rings for cream ones right away.
