which guitar beside my teles?
hi all
I own 3 teles: 52RI copper 97, highway one (lollar pups), Cabronitised MIM standard. I play all kind of musics, from 70's rocks to reggae I'm thinking of a fourth guitar, rather different. It should have a big sound, humbuckers probably.... First thought of Gibson but: 335 is too big, lespaul is too heavy, My luthier told me about Parker, but too ugly... I'm thinking of SG.... something else?

SG - almost as comfy as a Tele, if you use a wide strap to counter the head-dipping tendencies...

You're not alone, my friend...
Actually, I'd slap a Bigsby or Maestro Vibrola on there...

the new Fender Blacktop Strat
![]() or a Jag ![]() also, a Les Paul Studio is chambered (as are some other current models) so they are not so heavy. i have one and love it:
