which guitar beside my teles?

hi all
I own 3 teles: 52RI copper 97, highway one (lollar pups), Cabronitised MIM standard.

I play all kind of musics, from 70's rocks to reggae

I'm thinking of a fourth guitar, rather different. It should have a big sound, humbuckers probably....

First thought of Gibson but: 335 is too big, lespaul is too heavy,
My luthier told me about Parker, but too ugly...

I'm thinking of SG.... something else?

SG - almost as comfy as a Tele, if you use a wide strap to counter the head-dipping tendencies...

You're not alone, my friend...

Actually, I'd slap a Bigsby or Maestro Vibrola on there...

Lp special (tribute to B Marley) and SG (txs F Zappa) are very tempting...

the new Fender Blacktop Strat

or a Jag

also, a Les Paul Studio is chambered (as are some other current models) so they are not so heavy. i have one and love it:

yep. I thought about prs too. In France, we have Godin who makes very nice guitars. But... Gibson is a bit of Legend isnn't it?

Sg faded series are so cheap. Very tempting. Does someone owns or tried one and can give me some infos about neck. (difficult to find a shop around for try...)

You want something different, but with 'buckers? But you typically like the tele sound? This is your ticket.

Wait a bit longer, buying a guitar when you're half-cocked may cause you impulse buy-the wrong axe!

Some of the photos in this thread have incredible looking guitars in them!
