Gibson ES 137 for Fender bandmaster with cabinet
Gibby Es137 2005. for genuine 65. fender bandmaster with cabinet.

Here in the UK you can pick up an ES137 used for anywhere between £700 and £900- although people try to sell them for more that is typically what they go for.
Recently a copper ES137 went for £650. A used Bandmaster + cab is worth about £500-750, depending on condition and originality. So, it could be an ok trade or a bad one depending on the spec of each. Also, pretty difficult to assess without pics.
