LP Studio 50s tribute on it's way!

I've been looking for one of those for ever and managed to find a great deal on a used, in excellent condition, for 750$ shipping included.

It is the Honey Burst one, which is my favorite. First time that I purchase a guitar without trying it first, but I'm quite excited regardless. Should be here in about a week!

Just soo happy right now

Those are nice guitars. Gibson finally did something right. I am not a fan of Black guitars but the 50s tribute in black with the cream P-90s and pickguard looks awesome.

Actually once you get past the bombast aimed at non-musicians with money to burn Gibson's doing some things righteously.
A. The SG Classic.
B. The Les Paul Studio 50's.
C. The L-5 CES Studio.

For the rest I look to Epiphone and happily at that!!!

I've been lucky with Gibsons lately. I was always a Fender guy but traded a few and made a few good deals and I now have :
-2010 Gibson Studio in Arctic White with the Ebony fretboard. I know some studios are so so, but this one just feels amazing. The Ebony fretboard on it feels so great!
- 2010 SG Standard
- 1997 SG Special in Cream with Ebony fretboard.... I thought my SG Standard was fun to play, but this one blows it out of the water. It's was upgraded with Seth Lovers pickups and sounds amazing. Got this one in a trade for my MIM Tele Deluxe 72 RI in Shoreline Gold...
- soon to arrive LP 50s Tribute...

I have to admit that those are all getting plenty of play time these days. Really awesome guitars
