Carlo Robelli RB1955?

Anyone familiar with these guitars? I know they were Sam Ash exclusives, but any other info would be appreciated.

I've only held one Carlo Robelli guitar; an acoustic.

I tried to tune it and the bridge fell off.

I interviewed Sammy Ash for www.Guitargearheads.com a few months ago. The 70's MIJ Carlo Robellis were made in the Fujigen-gakki factory and Matsumoku factories, so they are basically the same as the 70's lawsuit Ibanez models. The later made in China and Indonesia models are more along student lines and have less cache.

I've read some of the arch tops from Korea are Peerless made, a plus. Of course that is internet knowledge, which is unimpeachable.
