Isolated David Lee Roth vocal tracks from the first Van Halen album leaked out on the internet sometime in the last year or so. You can find most of them on YouTube. I'm assuming the same is true for the "Imagine" backing track, or there's an instrumental version on some posthumous Lennon compilation somewhere. And then someone loads both into the computer and starts shifting things around...
