Despite my profound adoration for the artists above, they all put their name to the occasional song I think is pretty crap, like 'Mr. Moonlight', 'All My Love' or 'We Gotta Live Together'; with Steely Dan, the quality control is higher than almost any other group I can think of. |

John Lydon has always been an interesting character to me...
from a young punk johnny rotten to an older "statesman" of rock.. I love his measured drawl... his choice of words in interviews.. his attitude to the industry that spawned him.... there's always that glint of mischief in his eyes... and a sharpness to his wit that makes me smile still... a knowing...
