What Happened To Mick Grøndahl?
Hello everyone,
For anyone (Such as myself) that is a bit of a Jeff Buckley fan might know a Danish-American bass player who was Jeff's studio and live bass player called Mick Grøndahl. The man had one of the most chilled out styles I have ever seen and it really intrigues me and since Jeff tragically died I want to find some other stuff that he may have done. Does anyone have any ideas of what might have happened to him or any stuff that he's done since the death of Buckley? Thanks guys.

Last I heard he was living in Denmark, playing with a band called Tongue. Although the rest of the band members were overlooked, I always thought Mick was really coming in to his own right before Jeff died.. you could see it in their live performances. He did have a great style for sure.

Live at Chicago DVD is pretty amazing, as is some old footage from the S'ine days.. favorite song/album is just too difficult for me to answer, it has changed so much which is a good thing.. it's crazy how their songs (at least for me) can be re-interpreted and appreciated, if I had to choose one album I guess it'd be live at S'ine because it is packed with songs and is just so raw. Love it

Live at Sin-e was the the album that introduced me to Buckley so out of nostalgia it is probably my favorite as that was the style of Buckley I came to love. Just him, his guitar and mic in a cafe off of a New York street.
Live at Chicago is a very epic thing to watch and I do agree that my favorite Buckley song does bounce around a bit, right now it's Dream Brother though.
