Wanna heeer my Tele?

I'm new here so I hope I'm posting in the right place. If not mods please help me out.

This is the acoustic Tele I built from scratch. (Not the neck though). Thought you might want to hear what it sounded like. The song was written about the little girl that lost her life in Arizona this past week. I'm not much of a guitarist but at least you can see what it sounds like. I played through a Fender Bass Amp and the mic is going through a Fender Roc Pro 1000. I couldn't get the vocals to sound right through the bass amp so that why I did it this way.

Beautiful guitar and song Roscoestring. And the guitar sounds good, what kind of pickup did you end up using and why?

I'm a believer in art as a way to express and work through the feelings which result from such tragedies as the one you describe, so bravo.

Finally, most people post original songs in the Forum called Twangers Central.

Keep up the good work.

I ordered the pickup (piezo) from ebay seller Bezdez out of Canada. I just wanted to be different and I sort of did this on a dare. There was no name on the peizo but I figure it is a cheapo unit from China. I got the piezo, jack, and preamp for about $30. Thanks for the headsup. I check out Twangers Central.

Keep an eye peeled for the bass and mandolin that is being built to match the guitar.

Nice song, and a great job singing it. I hope you get a chance to share that with more people.
