Mr First Blues Notes

I just picked up my first tele (copy) - a 1976 Greco, 2 pc mahogany body, butterscotch w/ whiteguard, stock maxon pups, - picked it up for a bargain.

Now I've got a dilemma - I've noodled around on it a bit and I just LOVE the tone I'm getting out of this thing (normally a jaguar HH/firebird VII player) - but I don't know any blues licks or songs and this thing is just crying out to sing the blues.

Any suggestions on where I might start (as an intermediate guitar player, but happy to learn the blues from stage one and start with the very basic stuff).

Cheers Brothers.

Learn your pent. scales up and down.....that's first. Learn to bend really well, learn solid vibrato, learn to express: you can play the blues.
