Cheapest Guitar You've Put Bardens In?

What's the cheapest retail guitar you've put Bardens in, and how did it sound?

For me it was a not especially cheap '94 MIJ JD Tele ($500 new). It still sounds great. I did replace the quick-to-rust stock bridge with a Barden bridge.

Well, I guess putting a set of DG/Bardens in my '00 Squire Standard Tele that I got for $149 would qualify for this. I'll tell you though, it sounds great! That Squier is what I use as an example of what I want any Tele I get to sound like.
