Need Help Please. Which Pickups? Opinions?

Hi, guys! I am a Tele newbie, but a full time giggin player. I was given a Tele (2004 Amer Series) by a friend with a very serious illness. This guitar means a lot to me and I want to start using it every night.

The American Standard pickups are OK, but I think I can do better. The neck PU sounds pretty good. I play 60% country 30% Rock & Blues and 10% Funk.
For the "Harder Pushed" tones, both current pickups hum too much. I am considering a "stack" PU to reduce hum. We have a lot of neon and a 2 9600 watt light paks in the Club. Both are on independent circuits from the stage power, but when I have ANY amp boost or pedal engaged the hum is really bad in the quiet parts of a song.

The bridge pickup is a little thin when pushed hard, but sounds great clean. Is there a compromise? Bridge--- more BALLS when pushed with no hum.
I am willing to lose a "LITTLE" (just a little) twang for fatter Blues or Rock tone
Neck PU-- Good Tone Less Hum?
I appreciate your help.
Greg

I played a guitar with the SD Vintage stack earlier this week. It sounded good clean and seemed to respond well to some overdrive. It wasn't quite as bright as stock Noisless or Tex Mex pup's when played clean, but sounded full. Prob has a sound clip on the SD website.

I prefer single coils but if you've gotta have noiseless I'd say Bardens
