SSH Sq: Br+Neck in Middle Pos? How to?
Thanks for any reply.
Deaf Eddie's site has a lot of stuff on it but I didn't notice this mod. In other words: "Standard" 5 pos switch, with the middle position selecting the Bridge and The Neck PU's only instead of the Middle only. I'll check back, or just keep trying to come up with a mental image... I'm just low on film.. Thanks for any reply. :) EJL

It can't be done with a standard 5-way.
You can use a Superswitch (or "half-Superswitch"), or the Megaswitch E-model. These are sold by stewmac.com, allparts.com, guitarelectronics, etc. If you swap the neck and mid pup hot leads on a standard 5-way, you'd get halfway there, but at the cost of one tone (bridge and mid) you now have: 1 - mid 2 - mid and neck 3 - neck 4 - neck and bridge 5 - bridge
