Anybody build your own??
Trying to build my own PUPS. I'm having a really hard time finding materials. Anybody know where to get magnets, magnet wire, etc.? The only places I've been able to find only sell in bulk, and while I need magnet wire, I don't need 100 spools of it.
Any help is appreciated, Jake

Lollar is who you need.
Look up Jason Lollar, he has a book on winding your own pickups, and gives the sources for the necessary materials.
Really nice guy too! Lollar Guitars is his website I think. |
